The electricity and water supply is also great which adds to brownie points for any property. Moreover, the highway connects to major cities in and around Dhanbad, Jharkhand, for instance, Asansol, Raniganj, Durgapur, Burdwan, Kolkata since it is located on the NH2 GT Road. Lastly, the property has a great connectivity to local transportation for the employees to commute so that they don't need to worry if they get late at work.
